Description

The Zigbee smoke detector operates with low power consumption, powered by 2 AAA batteries, allowing the sensor to work continuously for up to 6 months. There’s no need for frequent battery replacement, and no wiring is required. Equipped with a loud 90dB(A) alarm, it ensures that both you and your neighbours can hear the alarm during emergencies.

The Zigbee smoke detector sends real-time alarm notifications via the app or directly by phone, keeping you informed of potential smoke hazards. It also alerts you when the battery is low and needs replacement. Additionally, it can intelligently connect with smart door locks, automatically unlocking the door in case of a fire, reducing the time required to open the door and increasing escape time. If the device goes offline, the app will notify you within 30 minutes, ensuring continuous protection against fire hazards and potential economic losses.

Installation and Safety Considerations

1. Suggested Installation Location: The alarm can be installed on the ceiling or tilted; if installed on a sloped or diamond-shaped roof, the tilt angle should not exceed 45°, and it should be placed 50 cm away from any obstacles.
2. Flat Ceiling Installation: For optimal performance, install the smoke sensor in the centre of the ceiling, as smoke and heat rise and spread laterally. Ensure it is at least 30 cm away from lights or other decorations.

3. Inclined ceiling installation: If the ceiling is inclined, please install the smoke sensor at a horizontal position 90 cm from the highest point of the ceiling.

1. The Zigbee smoke detector needs to be used with the Tuya ZigBee3.0 gateway!
2. This product uses battery power. Batteries are not included!
3. Intelligent Zigbee photoelectric smoke sensor, which can detect smoke and alarm in real time with high accuracy. Once smoke is detected, the sensor’s LED light will flash, and a 90-degree alarm will sound.
4. It can be widely used in places that require fire alarm monitoring, such as homes, shopping malls, cafes or karaoke bars. (The sensor cannot detect gas/heat.)
